To reach Straat Museum at NDSM-plein 1 from Amsterdam Central Station, follow these simple steps:

1. Start by exiting Amsterdam Central Station through IJ-zijde entrance at the back of the central station.

2. Once outside, head toward the river, where you will find the ferry terminal on the left side of the station.

3. Look for the signage indicating the F4 ferry to NDSM Werf.

4. Board the free ferry labeled “NDSM-werf” and enjoy a short scenic ride across the river IJ.

5. After disembarking the ferry, search for the large Anne Frank artwork on the museum building, and you will soon see the iconic NDSM-wharf.

6. Continue straight ahead until you reach NDSM-plein 1, where the Straat Museum is located.

7. Look for the museum’s entrance and enjoy your visit!

During rush hour, the ferry departs every 15 minutes. Outside peak hours, the ferry departs two times per hour at 45 and 15 minutes past the hour. On Fridays and Saturdays, the ferry runs till 3 am, providing extended hours for your convenience.
