The Amsterdam Cheese Company Tasting is a 45-minute guided tasting of six Dutch Gouda cheeses, from young and creamy to aged and sharp, each paired with something that changes how the cheese tastes. The tasting is hosted by a cheese expert and takes place daily in a small group of maximum 12 people.
